Lemea Abina Appointed as Partner in Sterling Partnership

  Sterling Partnership Legal Practitioners is delighted to announce the appointment of Lemea Abina as Partner in the firm. This appointment comes in due recognition of her diligence and commitment to the growth of the firm and client satisfaction.


Lemea is an expert in dispute management and resolution. With over ten (10) years cogent experience in this practice area, Lemea has been an invaluable resource to our clients in identifying areas of potential dispute and advising strategy to avoid and/or resolve potential disputes.

A discerning advocate, she represents several of our clients before adjudicatory and non-adjudicatory dispute resolution panels and has recorded several successes. Her other practice areas include real estate and project financing as well as financial and capital market.

Lemea joined Sterling Partnership in 2010 having previously worked with Professor Fidelis Oditah QC, SAN in the law firm of Fidelis Oditah & Co., representing clients in commercial dispute resolution as well as international and domestic arbitration. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, - International Bar Association, the International Law Association (ILA), Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators and the Professional Development Committee, Section on Legal Practice Nigerian Bar Association.

In her new role as Partner, Lemea will lead the firm’s commercial dispute resolution team. We wish her well in her career.
